Guest CCMEESEY1572391018 Posted November 28, 2010 Posted November 28, 2010 I didn't really see this particular aspect of my question answered in other posts, so thought I'd ask - I understand that several sold-out new dolls are no longer showing up in the shop. But, shouldn't they still be there, just with a sold-out designation? Otherwise, how can we add them to our wish lists and/or collections if we acquire them elsewhere? Seems like some of the Blonde Collection items are set up that way... Also, what if we already had them in our collections? Are they gone now? (I honestly can't remember if I had marked any of them as "I Want..." or not) Is this maybe just a current system glitch that will be addressed? I'd sure hate to lose visibility of sold-out dolls. Plus, if they were still listed, but marked as "sold out", it sure would alleviate a lot of confusion about "where did they go?" Thanks, y'all - I appreciate the attention to our concerns.

The dolls that were removed from the shop over the holiday were taken down because they weren't supposed to be up to begin with - apprarently, some licensed dealers had not yet received their dolls, and due to contractual obligations with our dealers, we could not sell the dolls at a discounted price until the authorized dealers received theirs. Not all of the dealers have received their dolls as of yet, so they won't be going back on sale until they do, unfortunately. Circus was never supposed to be lower than $175 - the reduced price featured was the result of a site glitch. Hope that answers your questions, and have a great weekend! BC Jodie
