Order Status is not working and I dont know what's the status of my purchase order

Thanks BCLes Paul to confirm that you were able to gain authorization but my doubt is the following...

Barbie Collector only held the total value???...or did Barbie Collector collect the money of purchase order?

I need to place a new purchase orders and I want to know what is the status of my purchase... I DONT WANT my bank blocked my funds if I place a new purchase order, while you are preparing the shipment...

The Order Status function is currently down, with no timeframe for when it will be available. 

 

Your account will be charged for the items that are in stock and ready to ship.  Any items that are on backorder are not charged until they ship.

At this time we are only holding the total amount.  We will collect when the order is shipped.  Hope that this helps.
