Guest kachivaches Posted September 18, 2014 Posted September 18, 2014 Weeks ago, Site administrators blocked my account and I am not able to send messages to contact customer service people, and I also stated my account has still the unfair restriction which was supposedly "lifted" and it is not true. I have problems with an order, if My Purchase order is deleted I have to write to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU again to recover it. I send my e-mails to BCCS BCCS Tammy and Rebecca but in my Message folder, the e-mail never appeared. If my account is locked yet, the administrador have the fault. The payment details were updated by internal mail, but I see the purchase order still "Call Customer Service" . Dont ask me to contact customerservice@barbiecollector.com, because they havent even answered. Save your thumbs down!
