GMAD1955 Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 I recently purchased the Andy Warhol Barbie. During the check out process I wanted the doll to be shipped to another address but I failed to update that information. I called customber service to have that information updated. Actually I sent two emails prior to calling customer service. Customber service informed me that an update couldn't be done because the item is in process. Why can't I access my order once it's submitted?
