Some have mentioned receiving a keycode with an expiry day on thier orders. What does this mean? Where do I find this?

Key codes are typically found in a yellow box printed on the back of the Barbie Collector catalog.  These codes are a marketing tool used by Mattel and we are not allowed to post/share them openly on the boards.

What type of discounts can a person get by using this keycode? When and how do you use it?

The key code is printed on the back of catalogs.  When you place an online order there is a space to enter a key code.  When you call customer service to order they generally ask for the code on the back of your catalog.  Discounts can range from free/discounted shipping to dollars off of a purchase.

10 dollars off a $50 or more purchase. You can google it for this site and get the current codes that are available.

Yes, your reward can be combined with any other discounts or sales.  But your reward will come off first, then that lower total must meet the requirements of the discount or sale.
