QUEENLUCIA Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 Hi Some have mentioned receiving a keycode with an expiry day on thier orders. What does this mean? Where do I find this? Lucia
Auntievern Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Key codes are typically found in a yellow box printed on the back of the Barbie Collector catalog. These codes are a marketing tool used by Mattel and we are not allowed to post/share them openly on the boards. -- Veronica / AuntieVern ~ Member Moderator
Guest ADELEBAN1572373168 Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 what are the key codes for? can you get discounts?
Guest BC Jodie Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 Yes, generally, they are for discounts. BC Jodie
Guest philos70 Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 What type of discounts can a person get by using this keycode? When and how do you use it?
Auntievern Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 The key code is printed on the back of catalogs. When you place an online order there is a space to enter a key code. When you call customer service to order they generally ask for the code on the back of your catalog. Discounts can range from free/discounted shipping to dollars off of a purchase. -- Veronica / AuntieVern ~ Member Moderator
Guest MrZoSo Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 10 dollars off a $50 or more purchase. You can google it for this site and get the current codes that are available.
Guest philos70 Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 Thanks auntievern and MrZoSo for the info. It is much appreciated :) ! One last question. Can it be used in conjunction with our $20 rewards and during a sale?
QUEENLUCIA Posted April 9, 2011 Author Posted April 9, 2011 I have the same question as philos...can it be combined with reward?
SHEREEM Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Yes, your reward can be combined with any other discounts or sales. But your reward will come off first, then that lower total must meet the requirements of the discount or sale.
