Is The Tokidoki Tee Shirt Sold Out?

Hi. I was wondering if the Tokidoki tee-shirt is sold out. It is showing in the shop for $25. Although all of the sizes are greyed-out, it allows me to select a size. However, it does not allow me to add it to my cart. Please confirm whether or not it is sold out or is it a future item? (Sorry if I am behind in the times and this has already been revealed/discussed.) Thank you.

Hi. I sent this question in on 10/4/15 and as of today 10/17/85, I have not received a response. I just called Customer Service to see if tee shirt was sold out. It was not so I proceeded to place the order on the phone. To my surprise, they wanted to make me use my $20 reward. I was told it was no way to remove it because it was automatically applied. I did not want to use the reward for the tee shirt, so I did not purchase it. Is it true that I have no say as to whether or not to apply the quarterly reward to an order? Just would like to confirm this is true. Thanks.

Have no idea about the availability of the shirt, but my reward has always automatically been applied to the first order I make each quarter, so I would assume there is no other option.

Thanks Kathi. I realized after I sent that is true about the reward being applied to the first order. I had been asking about the shirt for sometime and never received a response. I finally called Customer Service and they were going to order for me but said I needed to use my reward towards it. I guess I had a senior moment at the time.
