What time will the daily discounts kick in? Is it 12:01 a.m. CST or a different time? I am in the EST zone and want to be sure that I get the appropriate discount if I shop very early each discount day.

You are correct that they start at 12:01 am CST for each day. This would be 1:01 am EST. The appropriate discounts are to be shown in the shopping cart.
