I thought it was announced during the last designer chat. I can't remember the name of the designer offhand, but the transcript can be viewed here.

According to the transcripts, the name of the Designer has not been announced:

"BC LindaK: 

We are working with a wonderful AA designer for a possible start of a new series. He is extremely talented, and has so much Barbie love! That's all thay we can share!"

Romona, seems that we typically don't see/hear much about the AA high end until later in the year.  As soon as we hear something firm, we'll post it!
