I have been reading the posts and it seems that everyone loves and values these dolls more than the others. Are these dolls made differently than the other Barbies? I feel that I'm missing out on something. Thanks!!!

The Silkstone line is also done with vintage type faces. If you look at the doll showcase, the Silkstone dolls are part of the Fashion Model Collection. Julie
