Trying to get a membership for my husband

Hi, maybe some out here can give my some info. I've just registered my husband on the barbiecollector site, but every time I try to buy the fan club membership it doesn't let me. It says either he doesn't have a registered account or he's already reached the limit. Did anyone have this same trouble? Help!

Contact Customer Service and they can help you clarify & fix any hiccups the system may be having with your membership for your husband. Good luck and congratulations!

If your husband is a new member, then you'll have to wait until Wednesday to register him. Renewal is only open for current club members.

 

That's all I can think of off the top of my head that may be causing the problem. If that isn't it, then post your question in "Report A Problem".

Lucy - celina is correct. You must contact Customer Service, they have access to yours and your husband's accounts.

That must be it! Thanks Dawn. I did call customer service and they couldn't help me, they said I should give it 24 hours and try again. But I bet I have to wait until next week.

Dawn has it right, he can't become a member until next week (if he is new). You did say you just registered him so I am going to guess he didn't have a previous membership.
