Guest Barbeelvr1572377846 Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 Why did some collectors get an email from tru to buy PGO without having to buy any other dolls? What were the factors-order cancelled, problem with the charge to the CC/debit card? What exactly seems to be the deciding factor? I am livid since I reordered and had to bought the $100 of the dolls?
MICHELLEB_1975 Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 I think the people that got the code are the ones that had onlt PGO cancelled from their origianl orders. Guest JENNESA Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 well I'd say that's a good way to make up for it.

MAMAKAT2015 Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 My order was cancelled & I did not get an e-mail fro TRU offering the PGO without having to buy the $100 worth of dolls either... ~NICOLE~
Guest Barbeelvr1572377846 Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 I'm not sure why this topic was moved....I was asking other collectors (not Barbiecollector)who might have received this email why they thought they received it. BTW I didn't received the offer either.
Guest alexmarie Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 It was moved because it really has nothing to do with the doll now, but with TRU's policy & response to the concerns of customers. It was moved here so that hopefully someone at Mattel wil see the issue continues with many of us who attempted to get this doll.
