Why would BC wait a day after a doll went on sale to offer this, and not tell anyone? Shipping has increased quite a bit, and if Free Shipping was going to be offered a day after the doll went on sale, most would have waited a day to get her, and maybe even bought something else because they had their reward (and now shipping and taxes take up much of the reward as it is). Very disappointing. Can we cancel our Holiday Hostess doll today, get our reward back, then re order her with our reward so we can take part in the Free Shipping that is going on?

Marketing is involved in these specials, which don't always coincide with BFC exclusive sales. I know that everyone, including myself, likes to save $$ wherever they can but we just don't get advance notice on special offers (which makes sense). For some, if a sale or free shipping is important for their purchases, they don't mind taking the risk of a doll potentially selling out while they wait. And a reminder that if you were to cancel your already-placed Holiday Hostess doll, you'll lose the capability of re-ordering her. It's one per membership on BFC exclusives and your order yesterday (even if you cancel it) is your 'one per membership'.
