how do you use express checkout?

You don't have to click a specific 'express checkout' button DURING the check out process. You do have to click on a button to SIGN UP for it on the My Account page once you've set up a Shop account. But after you've done that, once you put an item in your shopping cart and click the Checkout button on the Shopping cart page, as long as you are already logged into the site (which you'll have to be in order to purchase club exlusive product), you'll skip all the address and payment screens in check out and go straight to the summary screen, which saves you time during checkout.

i set my cc up to be accepted as my express checkout card, but where do i click on express checkout when i'm ordering a doll? does it only work with certain dolls? any info to speed the checkout process would be appreciated.
