Hello,

 

I am fairly new to this board and I am seeking the experts (That means everyone who collects barbies) help.

 

I have recently become interested in acquiring the barbie dolls I used to own as a youth. For example, I recently acquired some very fabulous 1980ish barbies that I had long ago played with but never took care of as a child.

 

However, there is one barbie, that I'm not certain of the exact "NAME" of the doll, that I am seeking. I'm hoping you all can tell me the name. I remember the name as being "Wedding Day Theresa". The doll would have been released sometime from 1977-1985. This Theresa doll wore a white wedding dress. She had dark brown hair, tan complexion, green eyes and a coral/peach colored mouth shaped in an "o" kiss mouth.

 

The dress began at the neck, made of lace from neck down to bustline, and over the shoulders down to the wrists. The design was fairly simple, long - white satin gown from bust to ankles. She had a lace veil that matched the lace of her dress. The bottom of the dress had lace around the hem. I don't really remember her accessories as I was too young to remember much else. She did have white shoes I think.

 

Does anyone remember this doll or have a picture of it? Was the name of this doll Wedding Day Theresa?

That is it, thanks.. I don't know why I thought her name was Theresa. I guess because all the dark hair barbies nowadays that are friends of Barbie are named Theresa. Thanks cnjp!!!
