Hi, Carrie Jo.

I feel your frustration, but admire your tenacity on the subject. I gave up after a couple of weeks of no response to my (requested) PM and not seeing any change. I was thinking maybe this thread would be more visible to customer service in the member complaints section, but there is at least one thread about the vanishing wish lists in that forum already. And, just like yours, no response ? even from a moderator.

Those wish lists represent a ton of members' time, effort, and Barbie dreams, and if I remember correctly, we were assured they would be transferred over from the other site format. I, too, am trying not to be a part of the barrage of negativity but you deserve at least an acknowledgement of your question accompanied by an acknowledgement of the problem. If they can't fix it or can't bring back our old lists they should admit it to all the members. If they are still working on it, they should let us know. IMO you have been very patient and polite. I admire that as well. Thank you for voicing what many of us are thinking.

I know this isn't the response you are rightly looking for, but I hope it helps to know that you are far from alone.

In Response to Re: Wish list:

It's been two months since I first asked this question and I get nothing. I really hate to join the "service on this website is awfull bandwagon" but I'm beginning to see their point.

Thanks for your comment akasharules. I can't believe its been 4 months and no one has answered. Oh well, I guess we'll have to make our own wishlist. That way no one can take it away from us when they get the stupid idea to change the site yet again. I guess it falls under the new thing I learned at work this year. If it ain't broke a corporation will still fix it, the new way will be full of bugs and everyone involved will want the old way back. To true.
