What happened to the fun poll about a fur coat for barbie

Hi there, I started a fun poll about a fur coat for our silkies :-). I have looked for the poll and I can't find it. Did it get moved or did it have to get pulled because it got hijacked? I'd just like to know. Thanks.. Val :-)

Chantaine, though it was a very good topic, like politics and religion it always turns into heated debates. I don't believe anyone was disrepectful or rude, just standing their ground about their opinions. I did opologize as I am certainly smart enough to know it is not a win-lose discussion. It could go on from now until the end of time and still not change anyone's minds or opinions on this subject. It was fun and I enjoyed the post while it lasted. I appreciate a good sense of humor even when dealing with touch subjects. I hope you will start another topic soon, that can get us together and have fun without the nay-sayers making all kinds of accusations about the people who did not agree with them. I'm sorry that I was a part of it and one reason it was pulled. If everyone could admit it was as much their fault as the ones that disagreed with them, it would be nice, but not really necessary..

Wow! I like good debates on issues--lets one get a glimpse into the convictions of the people. I posted early and did not go back to the topic. Sorry it was pulled; I would have enjoyed reading all the comments.

 

I do not wear fur but I do wear leather shoes, they are both hides of animals. (I cannot wear plastic/synthetic without it burning my feet).

Thanks everyone for letting me know what happened - I did see that some people were expressing their thoughts :-). When I started the poll I had no idea that people would feel so strongly about barbie wearing faux fur. So long as it was fake fur, I didn't think anyone would be worried. I was happy for everyone to say what they thought (thats what you ask a question for :-))

 

I laughed at the "fur flying" comment too :-) LOL
