On what date does our 3rd quarter reward become active?

This information used to be on the FAQ page, but I can't locate it any longer:

 

1st reward: $20 credit reward, applied upon membership card shipment and valid through 3/31/09. BFC™ members whose cards are shipped after 3/31/09 are not eligible for this reward.

 

2nd reward: $30 credit reward, applied starting 4/1/09 (or upon membership card shipment if not previously a BFC™ member) and valid through 6/30/09. BFC™ members whose cards are shipped after 6/30/09 are not eligible for this reward.

 

3rd reward: $20 credit reward, applied starting 7/1/09 (or upon membership card shipment if not previously a BFC™ member) and valid through 9/30/09. BFC™ members whose cards are shipped after 9/30/09 are not eligible for this reward.

 

4th reward: $20 credit reward, applied starting 10/1/09 (or upon membership card shipment if not previously a BFC™ member) and valid through 12/31/09. BFC™ members whose cards are shipped after 12/21/09 are not eligible for this reward.

Just to add a small note here. Every year they are the same. Quarterly. So every 3 months the one starts beginning in January.

Thank you!! I was unsure the exact end date (although did assume September) because I haven't used mine yet but the other day it wasn't in my cart when I tried. Odd. I'm still waiting for my new catalog with the buy more code anyway.
