Date change for Plat Citrus Obsession Promo?

Just wondering if anyone from Mattel got any updated info on the start date for the promo?

 

Since it's almost 2pm eastern, on 12/10, I'm thinking maybe the start date changed?

I have a feeling this is a technical problem at TRU, not a date change in the promo. I would wait until tomorrow when their tech staff would be in and see if it is working then.
