So far am not impressed. Didn't get an email telling me to switch over. My platinum reward is not being applied to the cart. NoQ3 rewards or free shipping, I have nothing. Please get this fixed.

I don't see my platinum rewards or my pending orders.  Am I going to need to keep checking both sites until everything is delivered*  (It would be really great if you'd just ship it all in one  big box, yesterday...)

I'm sorry but I'm not sure this change brings real advantages to Barbie collectors. I can't see my platinum rewards either, hope they will fix this soon. Besides my e-mail box is being flooded with messages regarding Hot Wheels, He-Man, and other Mattel brands in which I'm not interested at all!! Can't they just create separate newsletters subscriptions*

I don't see my order history. The last time the site was redesigned, my order history disappeared and it took customer service more than a year to resolve it. I hope that isn't the case this time. I have to sign into the old Barbie Signature site to see my orders, even the ones that are still open.

My order history is also only showing up on the Barbie website. Are orders being transferred over* I just hope there isn't an issue with orders being cancelled/not shipped because there are two sites now.

I agree with the other posts. I have a Platinum Membership but do not see it anywhere. So, there is no more memberships that give us Barbie Collectors a discount off and free shipping* Also do not want the other emails about toys that do not apply to Barbie. Also, the new Barbie Dreamhouse is not listed on the site.

so far the site does not look bad, but I have  a lot of issue.  I cannot find my order statues (as I placed orders before you switch over ) and not only can I not find my  statues but  my order history  as well as my payment history,  is this going to be fixed or do I have  to   re enter it all over again.  so you have some problems to fix, but so far not bad

They explained it in the last blog post but basically going forward it's just the Barbie Signature club with one yearly cost of $9.99, no tiers, and less benefits than before. However Gold and Platinum members from before will still be able to get the rest of any quarterly rewards remaining and we are grandfathered into the new Signature club with our membership being extended until next July. The previous blog should cover any remaining questions you may have

So, I do not see my  Barbie Looks™ Dolls Launch Gift Set Item# HJD96 that I preordered on June 16, 2021 anywhere on this new Mattel Creations website. I have a confirmation email and order number with an expected ship date for each doll, and the order is only showing up on the original Barbie Collector website. The email confirmation states that the order is "Being processed" and the Barbie Collector website states that the order was ordered from Mattel Direct and that it is "backordered". I hope I receive these dolls. There is no "order history" on this new website. It just invites me to "start shopping". Hmmm.

It is my understanding from previous communication that when your current membership expires the new price will be $9.99 and there will not be different levels. Hopefully additional info will be sent. I may be done with the club after this year.

Also on another note,Mattel please fix/import the order history page. Like everyone else on here,my order history is gone. All of my preorders are not showing up. I'm not even sure if they are active at this point, leaving me with a lot of questions about said orders being fulfilled. I love Barbie and want to continue to support it, but I'm hoping that there will be better things coming ahead in the future. 

And to all my fellow members here who are having the same issue that I'm having with the Plat shipping and Q3 rewards, my best advice to you is as follows;

Please call customer service, I was able to obtain a shipping code to use from now on for the duration of my platinum membership. For your Q3 reward there should also be a code, I was told this by CS. Good luck! and hoped I can help somebody out here. 😊

My favorite Barbie web portal was back in 2001, this new portal at least feels for adults so I have great hopes for this new Barbie chapter. I also collect MOTU and i hope to get from both lines here.

I agree with all of the above. I felt like I was starting from scratch. I was kicked out of my shopping cart as they made the change. I then go in to find nothing not even my address, no last orders, current orders, discounts or any benefits. I see no big benefit to being a member now. If they are grandfathering us in, our benefits from our prior Platinum Membership should apply until it’s time to renew. So far I am unimpressed. It’s annoying that on top of losing all of our privileges we or at least I have to add all of my info again. 
 

i hope that this is a cleanup period, and Mattel fixes all of the errors.

Thanks for all the Mattel spam in my email ever since you changed things. I love getting spammed all day with multiple emails in one day from Mattel. That way, I don’t see important emails from colleagues, friends, family, doctors, etc. Moreover, it’s sooooo great that I now have to read about a bunch of other toylines (that I don’t buy) in one email before I get to the  info about the one or two toylines that I do buy. By god, I don’t consider that to be annoying or a waster of time at all! (Since Mattel has no idea how to effectively communicate with its adult collectors, let me clarify for Mattel admins reading this post that I’m being sarcastic.)

This site is riddled with bugs, can't get into the forums. Can't make a post on the forum, no order history still! Trying to go to member Exclusive forums, can't get in. "We could not locate the item." What does that even mean* I tried making a post in the technical problems forum to report this, but I cannot. This site feels so rushed it's not even funny. And to top it all off with a cherry,no more rewards etc 💀 😹

AGAIN, this morning as I cannot call.....my order for the Barbie Looks Launch Gift Set ordered in June "in progress" is not showing, so is this launch just in pieces*???  Don't want to lose my order.

 i am confused , cant locate any information for upcoming releases . i am so lost,

also i am being charged shipping even though all my platinum benefits were to be transferred over

to the new site.

This whole new site is infuriating trash. Sure, when Barbie Collector was changed over to Barbie Signature in 2017, stuff got buggier then, too, but this change now is the worst retail site and worst fandom online experience I’ve EVER seen.

Honestly, I think it’s Mattel‘s goal IS to slowly disintegrate the Barbie fan club. There’s no other explanation for why Mattel makes the experience continually worse each time it revamps the club. Perhaps Mattel thinks it’s too much trouble so the company is just trying to kill the fan club via death by 1000 paper cuts until everyone drops out of it.
